CONTEST RULES:

YOU CAN WIN AS 1-2-3 CONTEST (BY SHAWLS HOUSE & BUDDIESNATION)

OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF MALAYSIA AGED 18 YEARS AND ABOVE. CONTESTANTS BELOW THE AGE OF 18 YEARS MUST OBTAIN PARENTAL CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE.

By entering the "YOU CAN WIN AS 1-2-3 CONTEST " (the "Promotion"), entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may, at Buddiesnation (the Sponsor) and Shawls House (Organiser) discretion, result in disqualification. All decisions of the judges regarding this Promotion are final and binding in all respects.

PROMOTION PERIOD.

The contest begins on 26th October 2013 at 00:00 (GMT+8) and closes on 26th November 2013 at 23:59 (GMT+8) ("Promotion Period").

ELIGIBILITY.

The Promotion is only open to legal Residents of Malaysia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry, except officers, directors, members, and employees of the Sponsor, the judging organization (if applicable), or any other party associated with the development or administration of this Promotion, and the immediate family (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse), and persons residing in the same household, as such individuals. Contestants below the age of 18 years must obtain parental consent to participate how to enter.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION.

Winner selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about 12 December 2013 (the "Drawing Date"). Any potential winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone or any other means available. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted/has not responded within a period of seven (7) days after notification, a new winner(s) will be nominated.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION.

There will be two (2) winners. The prize winners. The prizes is an Apple iPad Mini & iPhone 5c. The approximate retail value of the prize is RM900 for iPad Mini and RM950 for iPhone 5c.

These 2 prizes is according to contest criteria which is:

iPad Mini : Signup for Buddiesnation (http://www.buddiesnation.com) and purchase any product of Shawls House in Buddiesnation shop of total as minimum RM50.
iPhone 5c : Signup for Buddiesnation (http://www.buddiesnation.com) and invite at least 20 buddies to their Buddy List.

For these 2 criteria is based on Lucky Draw which eligible by criteria state as above.

NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION.

No prize or any portion thereof is transferable or redeemable for cash. Any portion of the prize that is not used is forfeited. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.

PUBLICITY.

The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the details collected, nicknames, names, photographs, voice or voice recordings and entries of the Contest winner(s) and/or representative without first obtaining consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Contest winner(s) and/or representatives for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.

DISQUALIFICATION.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify a entrant and/or revoke any Prizes (as hereinafter defined) at any stage of the Contest if:-

the entrant does not meet any of the eligibility criteria;
the entrant breaches any of the Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Contest or violates any applicable laws or regulations; or
in the Organiser's sole determination, it is believed that the entrant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to fraud, cheating or deception.
In the event of a disqualification after a prize has been awarded, the Organiser reserves the right to demand for the return of the Prize or payment of its value from the ineligible or disqualified winner.

WARRANTIES.

The entrant represents and warrants to the Organiser that :
he/she has the right, authority and power to enter into the Contest in accordance with Terms and Conditions and shall provide such proof as the Organiser requires;
all personal details submitted by the entrant to the Organiser are true correct accurate and complete.
